“I was tasked with developing the branding for SPU’s senior photography showcase. I wanted to create a brand that felt stylish and minimal, asserting a cool feeling without overpowering the photography it was meant to highlight. I also had to take into account that these elements would make their way onto walls. I had to consider the impact the space would have on the design.

I kept texture to a minimum and it translated well to the physical space. Once the red and black vinyl was overlayed on a highly textured wall, it had its  own real-world texture. The branding elements were left with an effortless, near-invisible quality, that could be activated with the red dot logo.”
